The Finnish Port Operators Association (Satamaoperaattorit ry) and the Finnish Transport Workers’
Union (AKT ry) have jointly confirmed that the three-year collective agreement for the stevedoring
sector will remain in force until the end of the agreement period, 29 February 2028.

During negotiations, it was agreed that the collective agreement could be terminated a year early,
on 28 February 2027.

The parties have now agreed that the stevedoring sector collective agreement will remain in force
until 29 February 2028. Wage increases for the third year of the agreement period will be
implemented in accordance with the agreement.
